LSU offers 2027 in-state athlete
When it comes to recruiting the best players in the state of Louisiana, Brian Kelly is leaving no stone unturned. He is getting involved in recruiting a 2027 athlete very early.
Ahmad Hudson is a 6-foot-4, 190-pound athlete from Ruston, Louisiana, where he plays for Ruston High School. Hudson does not currently have any film because he is just entering his ninth-grade year this fall. He hasn’t played a snap of varsity football and he already holds offers from LSU and Louisiana Tech.
Hudson is a two-sport athlete who starts on the basketball court as well as the football field. He could play at the Division I level in either sport, but both of the Division I offers he has received have been for football. We will keep an eye on how his recruitment progresses over the next few years.
The Ruston Bearcats have started the 2023 season 1-0 with a 14-0 win over West Monroe.
