Local cornerback JC Hart puts Auburn in top four

The annual Auburn recruiting Bic Cat even continues to pay off for the Tigers. On Wednesday three-star cornerback JC Hart announced his top four schools and the in-state Tigers made the cut.

Hart, who attended Big Cat, will be deciding between Auburn, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, and UCF. He also included that a commitment date will be “coming soon.”

The Auburn, Alabama native attends Loachapoka high school and earned an offer after some impressive performances at camps where he showcased his blazing speed, reportedly running a 4.37 40-yard dash at Auburn.

The Tigers have a commitment from four-star safety Terrance Love, but are still looking to land their first cornerback. Hart is ranked as the No. 122 cornerback and No. 45 player from Alabama by 247Sports.

The Tigers have a great shot to land the 6-foot-2, 175-pound Hart. They have a 98.6% according to On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine and have received four Crystal Balls by 247Sports.
