Liverpool players stand to share out a £4 million bonus pool if they win the Premier League this season.

The Reds are currently 22 points ahead of Manchester City at the top of the table.

And with 13 games remaining, Jurgen Klopp’s side can land the club’s first title in 30 yeas with just six more wins.

Should Manchester City win every game, then the Reds can clinch the title at Anfield on 21 March by beating Crystal Palace.

At which point, Liverpool’s first team regulars stand to pick up a cool £150,000 each as a bonus, according to the Mail.

Klopp, too, will take home a big bonus, to boost his £15m-per-year salary.

The squad made £7m extra last season in bonuses thanks to winning the Champions League.

Meanwhile, Takumi Minamino has revealed how Naby Keita and Sadio Mane have helped him to settle in at Anfield due to his poor English.

“You know that you are part of the team, but because my English is not good enough yet their help has been really important,” the Japan international told the club’s official website.

“They are still helping me on some occasions and during the first days they taught me the team rules, things like what time the meetings started and how the team functions on a daily basis.

“At the moment I speak a lot with the players who can speak German.”
