Lake Oswego's Mia Brahe-Pedersen among top athletes to watch at USATF Junior Olympics
Lake Oswego's Mia Brahe-Pedersen is set to return to Hayward Field for the U.S. National Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships July 24-30.
Brahe-Pedersen, a rising senior and member of The Inner Circle Track Club, will not race individually. Instead, she and her relay team are clocked as the No. 8 seed in the women's 4x400-meter relay (3:56.38) and No. 19-seed in the 4x100 (48.87) in the 17-18 age group.

Earlier this month, Brahe-Pedersen finished seventh in the women's 100 and eighth in the 200 at the U.S. Track and Field Outdoor Championships.
