Josh Allen returns from blue medical tent, immediately throws interception

Josh Allen ran for a touchdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football.

Then he walked into the blue medical tent.

Allen spent time being looked at by medical personnel during Tampa Bay's drive. He returned to the sideline and began throwing with his helmet on during the TV timeout.

Backup quarterback Kyle Allen briefly warmed up on the sideline.

Allen didn't miss any time but he immediately threw an interception on a tipped ball on the Bills' first play of the possession.

It appeared Allen suffered the injury when he was tackled for a loss of 2 yards on the play before his 13-yard TD run. He was tripped up along the right sideline by linebacker YaYa Diaby and fell on his right shoulder. He flexed his leg a couple of times and then did some arm circles while returning to the huddle.
