Jimmies men's hockey falls 4-1 at Minot State

Nov. 4—MINOT, N.D. — The University of Jamestown men's hockey team was unable to repeat its triumph over Minot State University as they lost 4-1 on Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Beavers' Maysa Arena.

After the Jimmies went 1-for-2 on the power play and the Beavers went 0-for-3 on the advantage on Nov. 3, the Jimmies went 0-for-5 on the power play and the Beavers went 2-for-6 on Nov. 4.

The Beavers (11-1) opened the scoring late in the first period to take a 1-0 lead. Just under two and a half minutes into the second period, the Beavers' Logan Cyca scored to make it 2-0 before the Beavers added two more in the period to take a 4-0 lead into the third.

The Jimmies' (9-4) Jordan Kromm scored to make it 4-1.

The Jimmies are back in action at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 10, when they host Midland University.
