For Jim Donovan, voice of the Cleveland Browns, and fans of the team it was a good day

Donovan returned to the broadcast booth for the first time since taking a medical leave after the season opener. The team made him Sunday’s Dawg Pound captain and he received the honor of smashing the guitar to get the crowd hyped:

Even more noteworthy – Donovan brought with him a 13-10 Browns victory over archrival Pittsburgh.

Starting a rookie at quarterback in Dorian Thompson-Robinson, victory seemed an improbability. Instead the Browns’ top-rated defense kept the Steelers mostly in check allowing Donovan to make a game-winning call:
