Teddy Bridgewater out of game after taking huge hit from Sauce Gardner
Sauce Gardner delivered the lick to Teddy Bridgewater in the end zone in the first quarter of Sunday’s New York Jets game with the Miami Dolphins at MetLife.
It took a while for the officiating crew to make its decision.
When it finally did, a flag was dropped in the end zone and you know what that means: Intentional grounding in the end zone, which translates to two points for the home team.

The last thing Miami needs is its quarterback taking hits like that after the shots Tua Tagovailoa took this season.
And just like that, Bridgewater is out of the game. He is being checked for a head injury.
