BASEBALL

Union County 8, Milan 3 (Class 2A championship)

Bulldogs: John Carter and Grayson Stuckey each had two hits; Carter Milligan had two runs scored; Colin Milligan struck out five in seven innings pitched.

SOFTBALL

Westview 13, Forrest 5 (Class 2A championship)

Chargers: McCall Sims was the winning pitcher, striking out five in 4.2 innings pitched, and went 3-for-4, with two grand slams and eight RBIs; Lakyn Rogers was 2-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored; Sarah Byars and Cara Brook Hatler each had two hits and two runs scored; Addie Roberts had two RBIs.

Lexington 9, McNairy Central 6

Tigers: Mykenzi Duke hit a home run and four RBIs; Marley Maness and Brooklyn Wood each had two RBIs; Holly Bartholomew was 2-for-3 with two runs scored; Kylie Waldrep scored two runs.

Bobcats: Lynnlee Brown went 3-for-4 with two runs scored; Chloe Shelton had two RBIs; Madison Montgomery had two hits and two runs scored; Chanley Price had two hits.

McNairy Central 5, Lexington 3 (Class 3A championship)

Bobcats: Bailee Shelton threw a complete game, striking out seven; Aspen Teague had two RBIs; Lynnlee Brown and Chanley Price each had two hits.

Tigers: Mykenzi Duke went 3-for-4, including a home run; Shay Hollingsworth had two hits.

BOYS SOCCER

Mustangs: Donovan Pruitte scored two goals; Roy Macias had five saves.
