IPL 2024 semifinal: Start time, how to watch Rajasthan Royals vs. Sunrisers Hyderabad in the US

After almost two months of nonstop cricket, the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League is heading towards its conclusion. However, before a winning team can lift the trophy and take home a couple of million dollars, there is the qualifier match between the Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad, scheduled to take place on Friday, two days before the grand finale on Sunday.

Friday's winning team will then face the Kolkata Knight Riders, currently dominating the points table, on Sunday. Both, the Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are at 17 points in the IPL table. While SRH lost their last match against Kolkata Knight Riders on Tuesday, the Rajasthan Royals beat Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the eliminator round Wednesday to make it to the semi-final stage.

Rajasthan Royals vs. Sunrisers Hyderabad: How to watch IPL 2024 qualifier match in the US on TV, streaming

The game is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. EST (7:30 p.m. India time) on Friday, May 24 and will air exclusively on WillowTV.

Fans can also stream the game across devices on the Cricbuzz app, while the live score will be available to view on the Cricbuzz website.

Rajasthan Royals vs. Sunrisers Hyderabad match location

The qualifier match between Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad will be played at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The final match will also be played at the same venue.

While IPL organizers have not yet announced the total prize money for this year’s edition, Al Jazeera reported that it could be anything around $6 million, based on previous trends, with the 2024 champions to get approximately $2.4 million and runners up $1.56 million.
