McKinney provides a massive size upgrade to the future Frog offensive line. McKinney stands 6-foot-8 and weighs 330 pounds. McKinney didn't even start playing football until his junior year of high school, instead focusing on wrestling, where he was 29-10 his senior year and qualifying for the state tournament. The wrestling background certainly helps as an offensive tackle, knowing how to use leverage and being able to stay low despite being a very tall tackle.
McKinney becomes the third four-star recruit to join #CarterBoys18 (joining Atanza Vongor and Justin Rogers) and will not likely be the last. Anthony visited Fort Worth in early June and enjoyed his visit to campus and with the coaches.
