Houston Rockets GM Daryl Morey's tweet about Hong Kong sparks controversy

The NBA is facing backlash in China over a tweet made by Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey. The tweet was made in support of the Hong Kong protests, it said, 'fight for freedom, stand with Hong Kong.' Morey quickly deleted the social media post, then later posted another tweet to try and fix the damage, but it already sparked much controversy across news media outlets, politicians and sponsors.
