High school golf, bowling districts; When and where do Volusia-Flagler teams play? Find out here.

Following volleyball districts last week, two more sports enter the playoffs on Monday as golf and bowling districts are held in Volusia County.

Many Volusia-Flagler area golf teams will compete on Monday with a few others going off on Tuesday. The top three teams and top three individuals from nonqualifying squads will advance to the regional round.

In District 6-2A, both the boys and girls golf tournaments will be held on Monday at Daytona Beach Golf Club on the South Course starting at 8:30 a.m. Atlantic, Deltona, Mainland, Pine Ridge and Seabreeze comprise the local contingent set to participate on the boys side with the Buccaneers, Sandcrabs and Panthers also competing on the girls side.

Elsewhere in Volusia County, Spruce Creek Country Club will serve as host for the District 4-3A boys tournament with DeLand, New Smyrna Beach, Spruce Creek and University making up the local representation. They will be joined by Hagerty, Lake Brantley, Lake Howell, Lake Mary, Lyman, Oviedo, Seminole and Winter Springs.

Matanzas' Alexandra Gazzoli is the only defending state champion in the Volusia-Flagler area. The Pirates are the only area squad in District 4-2A and Gazzoli will begin her title defense on Monday at 8:30 a.m. at Palatka Golf Club.
