The Harlem Globetrotters are bringing their basketball talents to a Louisville court

It may be football season, but it's never too early to think about basketball season as tickets to see the Harlem Globetrotters next year go on sale soon.

The Harlem Globetrotters will be facing off against the Washington Generals at 7 p.m. on Jan. 11 at the KFC Yum! Center. People attending the game will be able to take home a Spalding Harlem Globetrotters basketball, part of their new partnership with the brand, or a new design of the Harlem Globetrotters Marble Series ball.

"This is your chance to witness the record-breaking stars of basketball LIVE as they bring an unforgettable blend of DRIBBLING, SPINNING, and DUNKING to the court, taking on their fierce rivals, the Washington Generals," the KFC Yum! Center stated in a release.

Fans could purchase the Magic Pass for a meet and greet and other pre game experiences with players from both teams, or even view the Harlem Globetrotters pregame warm up with the Celebrity Court Pass, according to the arena website.

Ticket sales begin at 10 a.m. on Sept. 25 at the KFC Yum! Center box office and on Ticketmaster. Tickets cost $139, $103, $88, $73, $52, $42, or $37.

The Citi Entertainment program is having a presale that started on Tuesday and will end at 10 p.m. on Sept. 24.

The Harlem Globetrotters are "THE originators of basketball style, captured by dynamic athletes with unmatched skills and influencers of today’s game," the release stated. They have been touring multiple countries since 1926 and their show “Harlem Globetrotters: Play it Forward" was nominated for an Emmy award.
