GOLF: Bucher and Jenkins combine to capture 1st among seniors
Jim Jenkins and Tom Bucher found the winning groove in this week’s 2-Man Shamble competition put on by the Adams Senior Men’s Golf Association.
Jenkins and Bucher combined to tally 61 to win the A Flight, followed by a two-way tie for second (62) between Steve Hughes and Paul Taylor, and Mike Tyndall and Benny Whitworth.
Wendell Price and Jim Sasaki tied for fourth (63) with David Ray and Frank Jordan. Derek Griffin and Gary Reheis owned sixth (65).
