Game 2 of FSU-Pittsburgh baseball game suspended due to weather conditions
PITTSBURGH – Due to weather conditions, Saturday’s game at Pittsburgh has been suspended in the top of the sixth inning for Florida State baseball. Pitt leads, 6-3.
The game will resume Sunday at 1 p.m. with game three of the series – scheduled for nine innings – beginning after the completion of game two.

Of note:
James Tibbs III hit his 20th home run of the season, the 19th 20-home run season in school history. Tibbs’ 47 career home runs are the eighth-most in FSU history.
Max Williams led off with a single for the second consecutive game. He stole a base and is 4-for-4 on the season.
Alex Lodise doubled in the second inning; his five-game hitting streak is the longest on the team. Lodise’s double was FSU’s first extra-base hit of the series.
