Galion's Cooper Kent named honorable mention All-Ohio in Division II

COLUMBUS — He has been a prolific scorer the last three seasons and made history as a senior becoming just the sixth 1,000-point scorer in Galion history.

Cooper Kent was named honorable mention All-Ohio in Division II as announced by the Ohio Prep Sportswriters Association after helping guide the Tigers to their first postseason win in eight years.

He averaged 17.7 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.6 steals and 0.4 blocks per game while shooting 43.1% from the field, 36.2% from 3-point range and 79.7% from the free-throw line.
