Former MSU cornerback Shakur Brown waived by Tennessee Titans following injury
Shakur Brown has had a rough go of it since leaving Michigan State. The former Spartan cornerback has been unable to find a long-term home in the NFL since going undrafted in 2021.
Recently, he was making progress towards a roster spot with the Tennessee Titans, but it appears that a recent injury derailed that opportunity, and it was announced on Monday that Brown is no longer with the team.
Shakur Brown, who has been making a run at a roster spot, waived by the Titans, injury cited. Same with Shyheim Carter. Also waived, no injury as a factor: WR Terry Godwin and OLB Justin Lawler.
