Former Bills coach Leslie Frazier visits three NFL teams

Perhaps Leslie Frazier has coaching on the mind again already?

According to CBS Sports’ Josina Anderson, Frazier has spent time with three NFL teams following the league’s second annual coaching accelerator program. Frazier attended that event.

The program aims to “increase exposure between owners, executives, and diverse coaching talent, providing ample opportunity to develop and build upon their relationships.”

Evidently Frazier has built a relationships with the Green Bay Packers, Washington Commanders and New York Giants.

The report indicates that he met with all three of those teams for two days, but nothing was indicated about a job interview. It was worded that he “spent two days” with each and that’s it.

The latter comes as no surprise as the Giants have several former Bills in their front office, including head coach Brian Daboll.

Initially it was said Frazier decided to “take a year off” from coaching in 2023. It was speculated that it was more of a mutual agreement for Frazier and the Bills to part ways at the time, however, all that was noted was that Frazier wants to coach again in 2024.

But it was never indicated by the team that Buffalo would have him back next season. Since Frazier stepped down, head coach Sean McDermott took over defensive coordinator duties.

Frazier could be back sooner than that if he’s already meeting with teams.
