The Battle's End, launched by CEO Ingram Smith, was launched in the second week of December with the announcement of the signing of four players.

TBE has gone on to add prominent stars like quarterback Jordan Travis and defensive end Jared Verse as well.

The Battle’s End name comes directly from the FSU fight song.

Smith told the Democrat in an interview in December that the collective would mainly be focused on football.
