Five other area teams ranked in this week's South Dakota Prep Media polls

Aberdeen Central and Arlington's girls have joined the list of northeastern South Dakota teams ranked in the South Dakota Prep Media boys and girls basketball polls.

Aberdeen Central (2-0) is now ranked fifth in Class AA and Arlington (2-0) tied for fifth in Class B.

Sisseton (3-0) continues to hold down the No. 2 ranking in Class A girls with Hamlin (2-0) and Aberdeen Roncalli (1-0) each receiving votes.

De Smet and Castlewood remain No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, in Class B Boys. Hamlin is still No. 2 and Sioux Valley No. 4 in Class A boys. All four teams are 1-0.

Class AA Boys
