In the final week of the regular season, stakes are sky high for a host of Oklahoma high school boys basketball teams.

With the postseason approaching in Classes 6A and 5A, it’s time to determine the final district standings.

Here’s a look at The Oklahoman’s must-see games for the week of Feb. 11-17.

Note: Playoff games will take place this week in Classes 4A-B, but The Oklahoman’s Games of the Week list features regular-season games only.

Class 3A Oklahoma Christian School (19-2) at Class 4A Bethany (16-6)

When: 8 p.m. Tuesday

OCS has continued to dominate the competition in 2024 behind the elite play of three-star big man Luke Gray. Alongside him for the Saints are guards Carson Jones and Kyler Brown, who are sharpshooters Gray seeks when he feels the presence of a double team. OCS has matched well with teams in higher classes, as has Bethany. Point guard Aiden Todd has shown shiftiness all year for the Bronchos, as they've won seven of its eight home games so far.

Class 5A Crossings Christian (16-5, 11-2 District 5A-1) at Class 5A Guthrie (19-3, 11-2 District 5A-1)

When: 7:30 p.m. Tuesday

This matchup between two of 5A's top teams has high stakes, affecting playoff seeding. The winner will secure a home contest to open the regional tournament next week. Guard Braydon Morgan has Guthrie on a roll over the last few weeks, winning eight of its previous nine games with wins over Carl Albert, El Reno, and Perkins-Tryon. Yet, the Knights have also been consistent all year long. Crossings Christian sits atop District 5A-1 behind the play of Cal Furnish and Cam Parker.

Class 6A Jenks (14-8, 9-5 District 6A-4) at Class 6A Choctaw (17-4, 11-2 District 6A-4)

When: 7:30 p.m. Tuesday

Matters went in Jenks' favor the last time these two district foes squared off in January. However, anticipate a rolling Choctaw team to be ready for revenge on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets have won six of their last seven games largely thanks to the play of Seminole State commit Ja'Mon Valentine and crafty guard Camden Hyman. The Trojans have been led by guard Evan Goodwin, who's been stellar so far in his sophomore season.

Class 6A Piedmont (16-6, 8-5 District 6A-1) at Class 6A Edmond North (17-3, 12-1 District 6A-1)

When: 7:30 p.m. Tuesday

Both teams seek redemption after having their respective win streaks snapped last week. Piedmont is led by guard Braedon Lloyd, who has played stellar in his first season with the Wildcats after leaving Mount St. Mary this summer. Yet, the defending two-time 6A champion Huskies will come out with some firepower. Chainté Tramble has shown repeatedly this season why Edmond North is still the team most schools fear in the state.

Class 6A Moore (15-5, 9-4 District 6A-1) at Class 6A Putnam City North (9-13, 3-10 District 6A-1)

When: 7:30 p.m. Tuesday

Despite the Panthers' recent struggles in a time of change under first-year coach Mike Jeffries, Putnam North has enough talent to steal an upset win at home. Its dynamic backcourt of Anthony Leonard and Khai Brown have led the way for most of their season. However, the streaking Lions will come readily prepared and seek to win its 12th game in a row behind Darian Grant and Tristan Hankins.

Key matchup outside the OKC metro

Class 6A Edmond Memorial (15-6, 10-3 District 6A-3) at Class 6A Tulsa Union (20-2, 12-1 District 6A-3): While the Bulldogs have pretty much solidified its spot in the district, Tulsa Union seeks to overtake Owasso in the standings in a must-win at home.
