Matt Harmon and Tank Williams take a look at the fantasy stock of a few players this week.

Video Transcript

MATT HARMON: Welcome back to "Fantasy Football Live." It's time now for Fantasy Stock Watch, presented by ETrade from Morgan Stanley-- helping you invest with confidence. Let's take a look at who's trending and help you make some confident roster decisions. Tank, let's get us started with your stock up pick here.

TANK WILLIAMS: Oh, man. My man Eno Benjamin, his stock is definitely going up against those Seattle Seahawks today. Trust me, sometimes it's not that hard. Like, Seattle's defense gives up the most rush yards in the league. No James Conner, no Daryl Williams. He had eight carries, 25 yards against the stingy Philly D. Now he has one of the best match on the slate.

So I feel like today, It's pretty simple. His stock is going to continue to trend up as long as he's going to get the majority of the volume and really good matchups like that. So, hey, it's all about the Benjamins today. Eno Benjamin-- make sure you get him in that lineup.

MATT HARMON: I love that call, Tank. My stock up guy this week, it's Davante Smith. And man, I have been praying at wide receiver church for forgiveness for burying-- I mean burying-- Davante Smith in the rankings coming into this year, man. Because this guy is a stone cold baller. I just didn't have enough faith in how concentrated the targets would be between the top three guys and also Jalen Hurts taking a step forward.

I know this is a tough match-up for Davante Smith this week, but I still think he is a top 24 receiver the rest of the way. Since week two, Davante Smith has 34% of the team air yards, 27.6% of the targets. In the same span, AJ Brown has a 39.5% of the air yards, 26% share of the targets. I know it's silly to remove, like, one game just to make a point. But the point here is, Davante Smith-- really, really good. AJ Brown-- also really, really good. Davante Smith is absolutely trending up and a guy I think you're starting the rest of the way.

But that's enough positivity, Tank. Let's bring us a little negative here.

TANK WILLIAMS: Yeah, let's go ahead and get some thoughts and prayers out for Chase Edmonds, the Miami Dolphins running back. Man, Raheem Mostert-- he has the juice now. Like, it's pretty simple-- he's been taking over all the volume in that backfield. Listen, Myles Gaskins played. And. Yes, I added an S to his name because it should have an S, even though it's Gaskin. For real, it should be Gaskins. But Myles Gaskins had more snaps than Chase Edmonds last week. It looks like those Shannon Hannigan's traveled on down to South Beach.

So the only thing you can hope for at this point is that you get some kind of bear rally in the market. Chase Edmonds somehow gets a ton of carries, and then sneaks in a touchdown, and where people may feel like he's still in it, and you sell him high. Because other than that, his stock is plummeting by the week.

MATT HARMON: Yeah, that's a good call there. I think Chase Edmonds is getting on like the drop-able range at this point. James Robinson, also a guy I think if he has another big moment, it would be smart to sell him high. Because the James Robinson story has been awesome-- he was a late, late, late round pick for many people in fantasy with Travis Etienne, his teammate, going ahead of him. I kind of think those roles might be starting to flip back to what we expected to see this year.

Travis Etienne's snaps have increased in four straight games-- 37%, 43%, 51% and 53%. He's also been running really well right now. He's gained 5 plus yards on 45.5% of his carries has Travis Etienne. James Robinson, meanwhile, I'll just go ahead and tell you-- kind of on the other end of that rushing spectrum from an efficiency standpoint. So I think we start to see more of Etrienne, less of Robinson. Robinson's not going to fully go away because he's really good in pass protection and just a trusted player overall. But I do think that his role is going to start to decrease, whereas Etienne is going to start to increase.
