Elite New Jersey athlete Cameron Miller has Rutgers football in his top eight

Cameron Miller released his top eight over the weekend, with Rutgers football in the mix of what is an absolutely loaded field.

A class of 2025 athlete from Winslow Township High School (Atco, N.J.), Miller had a weekend cut down that includes Michigan, Penn State, Georgia, Syracuse, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Illinois and Rutgers.

A number of programs such as Boston College, Duke, Maryland, Michigan State, Temple, Virginia Tech and West Virginia did not make the cut down to eight programs.

He is listed as 5-foot-10 and 165 pounds.

In the On3 Industry Rankings, Miller is a consensus three star athlete. He is the ninth best player in New Jersey in the 2025 class and ranked nationaly as the No. 28 cornerback. Per the 247 Sports Composite, he is a four-star recruit.

 

In January, he visited Rutgers football for a recruiting event. He said it was a good experience.

“The visit was great we had good food really good food,” Miller told Rutgers Wire in late January.

“Nice tour around and a good photo shoot. The offer was great – it’s always good when you receive an offer, especially from a spot where your mom graduated. But overall a great day and I definitely enjoyed it.”
