Who should be the Driscoll Children's Hospital High School Athlete of the Week?

San Diego's Ryan Casas has been voted the Driscoll Children's Hospital Caller-Times High School Athlete of the Week after a stellar all-around game in the Vaqueros district game against Lyford.

Casas finished with 75 yards receiving, one touchdown, five tackles and two sacks for San Diego in the win.

Casas received 32,328 of the 73,340 votes cast, which was 44.1% of total votes.

IWA volleyball player Isabella Collins was second with 30,798 votes.

Students can only be named Athlete of the Week one time per season, per sport, and athletes from one school cannot win more than three consecutive weeks.

Nominations are due each Monday by 5 p.m. and can be submitted through email at ctsports@caller.com, by messaging the Caller-Times through its Facebook page, or on Twitter @CallerSports.

Voting runs Tuesday through Thursday each week.
