Dolphins Take Down Bills, 22-9

The Dolphins got by the Bills, 22-9, at home.

Ryan Tannehill found the end zone for two touchdowns against the Bills on 26 of 34 passing for 240 yards and one fumble. On the Bills side, Kyle Orton went 22 for 39 with 193 yards passing, no touchdowns and no interceptions.

Lamar Miller was a standout player for the Dolphins, rushing for 86 yards on 15 attempts in addition to two receptions for 12 yards. Charles Clay led a receiving corps that failed to make an impact, catching five balls for 31 yards.

The Miami defense was the difference in the victory, keeping the Bills in check with 54 yards rushing and 193 passing. They brought down Orton for two sacks.

Bills wide receiver Chris Hogan tallied 74 receiving yards.

Next week, the Dolphins travel to Denver to face the Broncos (7-2) while the Bills are at home against the Jets (2-8).
