Diamond watch: 70 District 10 high school baseball players to keep an eye on in 2024
As usual, there is plenty of returning talent this spring when it comes to District 10 baseball.
Among the returning players are 12 all-district selections, two region players of the year and numerous Division I, II and III recruits.
The downside this season is several key players suffering offseason injuries. Fairview won’t have standout Vinny Campoli, one of the top pitchers in District 10, because of an injury suffered in basketball season, and Bryce Schueth is also out for Mercyhurst Prep. West Middlesex junior Aiden Puskar is recovering from a football injury and Cathedral Prep standout and Wake Forest commit Luke Costello is recovering from an offseason injury as well. Puskar and Costello could join their respective teams by the end of the season.

Tommy Owens of North East and Clemson commit Jason Fultz of Cathedral Prep are the only returning region players of the year. There are plenty of opportunities for players this year to step up as the top players and pitchers of their regions.
Here are 70 players to watch this season. Note: the players to watch are based on returning all-region selections and players committed to colleges.
