The Detroit Pistons and Washington Wizards meet in another classic matchup of the two worst teams in the NBA.

Washington has lost six in a row, while the Pistons are coming off an exceedingly rare win Wednesday over Charlotte, an ugly 113-106 sting off.

The Pistons got a lift from Monte Morris' season debut, the veteran from Flint contributing positively in 11 minutes with seven points and three assists. The 28-year-old's "poise and experience" is what these broken Pistons desperately need.

The Wizards, 14th in the Eastern Conference standings, just ahead of the Pistons, are led by three familiar faces to local basketball fans in Flint's Kyle Kuzma (21.8 points per game), Michigan alum Jordan Poole (16.5 ppg) and former Piston Marvin Bagley III (17.2 ppg, 9.6 rebounds in five games).

The two teams have split the season series, each winning on the other's home floor. The Pistons won in Washington on Jan. 15, 129-117, behind 34 points from Alec Burks off the bench, and 20 points and 19 rebounds from Jalen Duren. The Wizards whacked the Pistons at LCA, 126-107, on Nov. 27. They'll meet for the final time March 29 in D.C.

The Pistons next host Oklahoma City on Sunday afternoon.
