D’Wayne Eskridge was hoping he would be drafted by Seahawks

“It’s already been written..” Western Michigan wide receiver D’Wayne Eskridge tweeted just minutes after he was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the second round of the 2021 NFL draft at No. 56 overall.

He was hoping he would be drafted by the Seahawks and his wish came true.

“I’m hoping I go to the Seahawks out of every team in the league I feel most comfortable with them,” he wrote in a screen-shotted text he included with the tweet.

“Just feel good about them overall, know they gone take care of me and especially with your cousin there.”

Eskridge is expected to address the media via Zoom later this evening, so check back often for the latest, breaking news.
