Crimson Tide offer in-state specialist, 2023 prospect Reed Harradine

The last time that Alabama’s coaching staff was able to sign a kicker from the state of Alabama was in 2019 when Will Reichard committed to the Tide. Recently, the program extended an offer to in-state specialist Reed Harradine.

The native of Mountain Brook, Alabama plays both punter and kicker for his high school. According to Kohl’s Kicking, he is ranked as the No. 60 kicker in the country and the No. 36 punter in the country.

In a scouting report that was provided by Kohl’s, it states that he put on quite the performance at one of the camps that he attended.

“He scored 22 points during the field goal charting, blasted a 74-yard kickoff with 4.06 seconds of hang time for his best of the weekend and averaged over 4.2 seconds of hang time during the punt charting. Harradine is one of the most college ready combos in the class and looks to have a strong future ahead of him.”

Alabama already has one kicker committed as a part of the 2023 recruiting class in Conor Talty. The coaching staff could be looking to add another. We will have to wait and see.
