Colts held tryouts for 6 players

With the NFL lifting the ban on free-agent workouts, the Indianapolis Colts took advantage of that on Thursday by hosting six players on a tryout basis, per the league’s transaction wire.

Here are the six players the Colts brought in for a workout:

• DB Andre Chachere

• OT Donnell Greene

• OT R.J. Prince

• DB Tremon Smith

• DB Cordrea Tankersley

• DB Brandon Williams

It is no secret the Colts have to keep an eye on the options in the secondary after both Rolan Milligan and Marvell Tell opted out of the 2020 season. They did sign veteran safety Tavon Wilson last week, but there are still questions about depth in the secondary.

As training camp continues and the Colts prepare for the start of the season, they will be keeping their eyes on available players as they typically do this time of year.
