Clinton's Lehman, Felts earn AP First Team All-State honors

There wasn't much Bradyn Lehman didn't do for the Clinton football team this year.

He ran, tackled, caught passes, kicked and punted.

He, along with fellow senior Brandon Felts, earned Associated Press Division 5-6 First Team All-State honors.

Lehman got the honor for his play on defense as a linebacker. He led the Redwolves in tackles with 72 while also intercepting three passes.

In addition to his working leading the Clinton defense, he also led the team in yards rushing with 1,046 yards and 17 touchdowns and caught 15 passes for 285 yards and five touchdowns. He totaled 189 points, second most in Lenawee County this season.

Leading the way for Lehman and the rest of the ball carriers for Clinton was a strong offensive line anchored by Felts.

The Redwolves went 12-1 with a Lenawee County Athletic Association championship, a district championship and a regional championship.

Grand Rapids West Catholic's Tim Kloska earned AP Division 5-6 Player of the Year honors after leading his team to a state title. Kloska, who is committed to play football at Air Force, had a monster game in the semifinal against Clinton where he ran for 330 yards and five touchdowns.

Marc Jarstfer of Gladwin earned AP Division 5-6 Coach of the Year after leading the Flying Gs to a Division 5 state title.
