Children's Monstrous Clay Workshop available
Jun. 17—BEMIDJI — Watermark Art Center will host a Monstrous Clay Workshop for children in grades 4-12 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, at Watermark, 505 Bemidji Ave. N.
Students will learn slab-rolling and hand-building techniques to create a canister inspired by the
whimsical work of Oregon ceramic artist James DeRosso.
The class will be taught by Watermark Education Director Jill Neumann, a release said.
Work will be fired outside of class time and picked up on a later date. The class fee for a member-child is $22 and $24 per nonmember-child.
