Chiefs vs. Bills preview: Prediction, odds, how to watch divisional round game
For the third time in four years, the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs will meet in the postseason.
Since Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen took over as the starting quarterback for their respective teams in 2018, the Bills and Chiefs have met six times. Buffalo has won three out of four regular season clashes, including a 20-17 victory in early December, but Kansas City has won both playoff matchups.
This year, Mahomes travels for a playoff game for the first time in his career. For the Chiefs, it's their first road playoff game since 2015.
The Bills will be looking to make their home-field advantage count to push them into the AFC Championship for the first time since January 2021.

Chiefs vs. Bills predictions
The Arizona Republic: Bills 24, Chiefs 23
Jeremy Cluff writes, "Buffalo won a close game against the Chiefs in Kansas City in Week 14, we predict they will win another close game against the Chiefs in Buffalo in the Divisional Round, with the Bills' defense coming up big late."
Sporting News: Bills 28, Chiefs 24
Bill Bender writes, "If [Josh] Allen avoids field-changing interceptions, then Buffalo should be able to feed off the home crowd in the elements. Allen has played well in the last two playoff losses against the Chiefs. This time, the Bills' defense ends Kansas City's hopes for a repeat by forcing a late turnover."
ESPN: Bills slight favorites to win at home
ESPN Analytics give the Bills a 56.6% chance to win at home and advance to the AFC Championship. The same model gives the Chiefs a 43.4% chance to take the road win and move to 3-0 against the Bills in their last three playoff meetings.
