Chiefs murals, photo opportunities to celebrate Super Bowl LVIII
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs are headed to their fourth Super Bowl in the past five years, and Chiefs Kingdom is ready to bring home another trophy.
If you want to snag a photo to commemorate the moment, here are some of the best places around the Kansas City area:
River Market
3rd and Walnut/City Market
The City Market has transformed its sign into a tribute to the Chiefs’ playoff run, perfect for photo ops during a trip to your favorite City Market vendor.

5th and Wyandotte
Find this Chiefs mural from artist JT Daniels outside All Nations Flag Company in the River Market.
Power & Light
13th and Grand
There are not one but two Chiefs murals within walking distance in the Power & Light District.
Look up outside McFadden’s and Shark Bar to find the “Jet Chip Wasp” mural, created shortly after the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory in 2020.

Just around the corner, fans can find another 2020 Super Bowl Champs mural outside McFadden’s. It features Chiefs stars like Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, plus former players like Frank Clark and Tyrann Mathieu.
14th and Walnut
Fans will find Chiefs banners hanging down 14th Street between Main and Grand in downtown Kansas City to celebrate the Chiefs heading to the Super Bowl.

There are also Chiefs flags hanging along the Sister Cities bridge on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City.
Crossroads
17th and Main
This Chiefs Kingdom mural, created by artist Sike Style, went up in 2021 outside Tom’s Town in the Crossroads. The two-story piece features Chiefs stars like Mahomes, Kelce, Mathieu and Tyreek Hill.

18th and Locust
There are two Chiefs murals at 18th and Locust, within walking distance.
The massive “How ‘Bout Those Chiefs?!” mural is located near the former Made in KC studio and was just finished in September 2023. It celebrates coach Andy Reid’s famous postgame celebration.
Power & Light Red Kingdom Block Party: everything you need to know
Muralist Sike Style also created another mural a few feet away outside a local artist’s studio.
Madison and Southwest Boulevard
Celebrating the Hispanic culture on Southwest Boulevard, fans can find the “Vamos Chiefs” mural outside a strip of KC businesses and close to a string of Mexican restaurants.
Pennway and Southwest Boulevard
The “Love Kansas City” mural isn’t just about the Chiefs, but it does contain a little Chiefs football character. This one is perfect for Kansas City appreciation in general.

Midtown/Westport
Archibald and Broadway/Ale House
Ale House is one of the most popular places in Westport to catch a Chiefs game, so it’s fitting that you can find this massive Chiefs mural from Sike Style outside.
Penn Valley Park
The Scout statue at Penn Valley Park offers a great view, perfect for photos of the downtown Kansas City skyline lit up in red for the Chiefs.

Liberty Memorial
Likewise, the National World War I Museum and Memorial grounds have a great view of Union Station and beyond, which are all lit up in red for the Chiefs.
Union Station
To celebrate the Chiefs postseason run, Union Station is packed with photo ops for the Kingdom.
Fans can find massive Chiefs letters to pose with below a banner, an “AFC Champs” marquee letter display, signed team memorabilia and more.

South Kansas City
74th and Wornall
In KC’s Waldo neighborhood, don’t miss this “Welcome to the Ring Kingdom” mural outside Bobby Baker’s Lounge.
81st and State Line
Like the “Love Kansas City” mural in the Crossroads, this “Greetings from Kansas City” mural is about more than just the Chiefs. But you’ll find a shot of Chiefs Hall of Famer Len Dawson included.
Chiefs TE Travis Kelce’s star power on display at Super Bowl
This massive mural is located on the side of a Subway in south Kansas City.
Northland
Gateway Avenue in Riverside
Riverside artist Jeff Parson has turned his yard on Gateway Avenue into a tribute to the Chiefs.
Here’s the display from October 2023, shown above. It’s grown even bigger by February 2024. Pennywise is obviously gone, and it now includes a bare-chested Jason Kelce and more.
Zona Rosa
The Northland shopping center has multiple photo ops up ahead of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl LVIII matchup.

Fans can find a “Vegas Bound” sign and balloons at Central Park through Saturday, a pink Chiefs display outside local shop Pink Dinosaur, and a Chiefs balloon arch inside Remporium.
Johnson County
Downtown Overland Park
Don’t miss this Chiefs mural outside Herringbone Barber Shop, located at 80th Street and Overland Park Drive in Overland Park.
The mural, created by Sike Style, celebrates the Chiefs’ Super Bowl LIV win.
Leawood
Town Center Plaza shoppers can find a Chiefs mural at the Leawood shopping center.
