Chef Katie Lee shares one of her favorite Super Bowl snack recipes

Chef and Author Katie Lee joined the Countdown to Kickoff crew to share her recipe for some meatless sheet pan nachos, perfect for pleasing all the fans on Super Bowl Sunday.

KATIE LEE: Thanks, Liz and the Yahoo Sports crew. I've got a great snack for you for the big game coming up. It's sheet pan nachos. And even better, it's plant based. So check this out. I partnered up with Gardein. And I'm using their Beefless Ground to make a great little saute.

There's onions in there, cilantro, lots of good stuff, chili powder. And then I've got my sheet pan here with my tortilla chips. And I just put this right on top. I really like to do nachos on a sheet pan because there's more surface area.

Black beans-- These are from the can, just rinse and drain. And then top it with shredded cheese. These are going to go into the oven at 400 degrees. We've got some that are already done in here.

Got some scallions going right on top. And then I'm going to do some pickled jalapenos. I really like having something pickled on nachos, whether it's jalapenos or onions, because it's really good next to the fat of the cheese.

Next, some shredded iceberg for a little bit of crunch. And then I'm going to do a little bit of salsa. Just use whatever your favorite is. You could also do guacamole or chunks of avocado on here. Some cilantro and then a few dollops of sour cream.
