What channel is the Bills game on? How to watch Buffalo Bills vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

ORCHARD PARK - Sean McDermott hinted last week that quarterback Josh Allen was going to play at some point in the preseason, and that will happen Saturday when the Bills travel down to Pittsburgh

McDermott said Thursday morning that Allen and the majority of the starters will play between a quarter to a quarter and a half, depending on the flow of the game.

Many feel its unnecessary to risk Allen’s health in a preseason game at this point in his career. In his first few years, yes, it seemed beneficial to get him into live game settings before the real games began.

Still, McDermott believes Allen and the starters need some action in the preseason to get ready for what’s coming in the regular season, even though there will be a three-week gap between the Steelers game and the opener on Sept. 11 against the Jets.

“It’s like anything else, you want to get them ready in as much dress rehearsals as you can put them in to make sure that they’re ready to go,” McDermott said. “It’s what we feel like is the right thing for the team this year and where we’re at.”

Here’s the broadcast and betting information for the game in Pittsburgh.
