Cardinals land pass rusher, 2 O-linemen in new 3-round mock draft

The NFL draft is getting closer and mock drafts are everywhere. With the 23rd pick in each of the first three rounds, it is tough to know exactly what direction the Arizona Cardinals will go with their selections.

Round 1: Purdue EDGE George Karlaftis

The Cardinals go with a pass rusher in Round 1. Karlaftis is polarizing. He is viewed by some as a top-10 pick in the draft. Others say they wouldn’t take him in the first round.

He is 6-4 and 266 lbs. He had 4.5 sacks and 10.0 tackles for loss in 2021.

Round 2: Kentucky OL Darian Kinnard

Kinnard played tackle at Kentucky. He projects as a guard in the NFL. He is 6-5 and 322 lbs.

Round 3: Arizona State C Dohnovan West

Doubling up on the offensive line in the third round would be an interesting move, but the Cardinals do need a backup center. With Max Garcia signing with the New York Giants in free agency, their backup center is now Sean Harlow.
