Cardinals Blasted by Seahawks, 19-3

The Cardinals were held in check by the Seahawks, 19-3, at CenturyLink Field.

Drew Stanton went without a score on 14 for 26 passing for only 149 yards and one pick. Russell Wilson was more productive for the Seahawks, and finished 17 for 22 with 211 yards passing, one touchdown and no interceptions.

Andre Ellington ran for 24 yards on 10 attempts in addition to five receptions for 39 yards. John Brown snagged three passes for 61 yards.

The Arizona defense surrendered 124 yards rushing and 211 passing. They manhandled Wilson with seven sacks.

Seahawks tight end Cooper Helfet put up 27 receiving yards and one touchdown. After Wilson, he was the top performer for Seattle. Running back Marshawn Lynch also put together a noteworthy performance with 43 receiving yards and 39 rushing.

Next week, the Cardinals head to Atlanta to face the Falcons (4-7) while the Seahawks go to Santa Clara to play the 49ers (6-4).
