Cal's Elijah Hicks helping struggling students through Intercept Poverty Foundation

On Pac-12 Tailgate, Cal senior safety Elijah Hicks shared the story behind his Intercept Poverty Foundation and how a partnership with Scholarship America awards grants of $500-700 to provide emergency relief funds to deserving students at UC Berkeley for expenses such as bills, rent and food.
