Buffalo Bills star Von Miller accused of assaulting pregnant girlfriend: report

An arrest warrant is out for Buffalo Bills star Von Miller for allegedly assaulting a pregnant person in Dallas, police said Thursday.

The alleged victim was Miller’s girlfriend, according to the Dallas-Fort Worth news station WFAA, which cited multiple police sources.

The alleged assault occurred Wednesday morning after Miller and “the victim got into a verbal argument” on the 3100 block of N. Harwood in the city’s Uptown neighborhood, the Dallas Police Department said in a statement to the Daily News.

“Miller left the scene before officers arrived,” police said. “The victim was not transported to a hospital, but was treated for minor injuries.”

Miller has not publicly commented on the accusation.

“This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller,” the Bills said in a statement Thursday. “We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”

Miller, 34, is from DeSoto in Dallas County and played college football at Texas A&M.

The second-overall pick in the 2011 draft played 10 seasons with the Denver Broncos, with whom he won Super Bowl MVP in February 2016. He also won a Super Bowl in his lone season with the Los Angeles Rams in February 2022.

Miller is in the second season of a six-year, $120 million contract with the Bills, who are currently on their bye week.

The eight-time Pro Bowler has only two tackles in eight games in 2023 after suffering a season-ending ACL tear last year. His 123.5 career sacks rank 19th in NFL history.

Police in Parker, Colo., previously investigated Miller in 2021 but a district attorney’s office declined to charge him. The nature of that probe was not disclosed.
