Bruce Arians breaks down why Rondé Barber is a Hall of Famer

For the third year in a row, Tampa Bay Buccaneers legend Rondé Barber is a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame, but another team legend thinks he should have been inducted a long time ago.

Former Bucs head coach Bruce Arians, who recently joined Barber as a member of the team’s Ring of Honor, has a long history with No. 20 that goes all the way back to Barber’s childhood. Arians would babysit Rondé and his twin brother Tiki, and has remained a longtime friend of the family.

Arians recently broke down some of the reasons why Barber should already have a bronze bust in Canton and a gold jacket in his closet:
