Are the Boston Celtics’ visiting locker rooms really as bad as Miami Heat wing Duncan Robinson says?

Earlier this week on Miami Heat reserve wing Duncan Robinson’s eponymous podcast, he and Milwaukee Bucks wing Pat Connaughton ripped on the Boston Celtics‘ visiting locker room.

“The … Celtics locker room is the worst visiting team locker room in the entire NBA,” claimed the Bucks wing. Robinson replied “If you walked in and you said, ‘This is a high school locker room,’ I would say, ‘That’s a really (expletive) high school locker room.'”

The duo might be horrified to hear what the Celtics of Red Auerbach‘s era did to opposing teams, turning off (or up) the hot water or heat, just to name a couple of things.

It might be easy to dismiss their words as sour grapes toward the team that sent both players fishing in the 2022 NBA playoffs, but neutral parties such as Heavy’s Sean Deveney will vouch for the (possibly intentional) state of visiting locker room affairs in Boston.

Check out the clip embedded below to hear it from the man himself.
