Will the Boston Celtics sweep the Brooklyn Nets on their own home floor?

The Boston Celtics will go into Game 4 of their first-round series of the 2022 NBA Playoffs against the Brooklyn Nets this coming Monday with a 3 – 0 series lead, meaning the Celtics will be in a realistic position to send the Nets fishing on their own home court without ever winning a game in the series.

A first-round sweep of a team seen by many as potential favorites to win the 2022 NBA Finals would be a tectonic shift in the current hierarchy of Eastern Conference teams. It would perhaps signal the arrival of a Boston rebuild focused on their twin star wings Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum which has been a long time coming in the eyes of many.

After the Celtics’ 109 – 103 win over the Nets, the hosts of the CLNS Media “Garden Report” podcast got together to talk about the possibility and ramifications of a sweep by Boston.
