Bobby Hurley, Arizona State basketball turn heads with Jayden Quaintance commitment

Where did that come from?

Arizona State basketball coach Bobby Hurley and his program turned heads Monday morning when ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Sun Devils had received a commitment from Jayden Quaintance.

Quaintance had been committed to Kentucky before John Calipari left the Wildcats for Arkansas. He is just 16 years old and won't be eligible for the NBA Draft until 2026.

Quaintance is the No. 2 center in ESPN's Top 100 prospects. He is also the highest-rated commitment to the ASU basketball team in the school's history.

The commitment of such a highly rated prospect (5 stars) definitely turned heads on social media for the Sun Devils.
