Jan. 10—Results from last Saturday's Blue League games played at Jones Brummett Elementary School.
GIRLS
Carroll-Oakland 23, Castle Heights 18
Brinley Holcomb had 10 points to lead the Lady Eagles while Hilary Roland and Aubrey Bell each finished with four, Joiner Rooks three and LaKyia Hastings two.
Toni Ann Calvetti threw in 13 to lead the Lady Knights while Kaydence Manning managed three and Millie Donegan two.
Donegan finished with four points and Asiyah Rhodes and Alianna Johnson two each in the fifth quarter for Castle Heights.
Jones Brummett 20, Coles Ferry 11
Ansley McDonald dropped in 15 points for Jones Brummett while Hadleigh Auth threw in three and Camilla Humes two.
Malia Boldt finished with four for Coles Ferry while Tenley Gill threw in three and Yana Patel and Arielle Schutt each scored two.
Justice Price and Avery Harris each had two fifth-period points for Coles Ferry.
Sam Houston 35, Byars Dowdy 4
Jada James fired in 14 points and Pyper Davis 13 for Sam Houston. Mercy Marsh finished with five points, Ansley Gray two and Corlin Caruthers a free throw.
Ansley Apple and Carlie Williams each tossed in two points for Byars Dowdy.
Camyron Cooper and Skyy Spencer scored two fifth-period points apiece for Sam Houston.

Wade Mayers tossed in 12 points, J.P. Walters 10 and Braden Carr nine for Carroll-Oakland.
Connor Ryan racked up nine points for Castle Heights while Braylon Steverson scored six; Parks Swain, Jaxson Williams and Marshall Rozell four each and Ivan Crump Jr. two.
Coles Ferry 21, Jones Brummett 19
Trey Blevins tossed in 10 points for Coles Ferry while Ace Sandefur finished with four and Jeremiah Lockhart, Luke Hawkins and Jax Bundy each tossed in two.
Eli Deffendall dropped in 10 points for Jones Brummett while Luke Walden scored six, Colt Wood two and Weston White a free throw.
Braxton Ratliff tossed in two fifth-period points for Jones Brummett.
