Michael Del Zotto draws wrath of adult film star

Let this be a note to professional athletes. If you're going to upset someone, make sure it's not an adult film actress -- especially one with over 749,000 Twitter followers.

Flyers defenseman Michael Del Zotto apparently did this with Lisa Ann, a known adult film star, whose IMDB resume can be found here. 

Lisa Ann went on a social media tirade about the former Rangers and Predators blueliner Sunday morning on his text message habits, and his desire for her to set him up with some of her friends.

Del Zotto has not tweeted since Halloween night. There are questions as to Ann's description of Del Zotto's playing style as studly, after all he is on his third NHL team in the last year and was essentially dropped by the Predators over the summer.

In Del Zotto's favor, it should be noted that he was the subject of one of the more heartwarming parts of HBO's 24/7 series when it documented the New York Rangers road to the 2012 Winter Classic.

Still, whenever we hear the words "hockey player" and "adult film actress" muttered in the same sentence, it's like a train wreck. We just can't ... turn ... away ...
