CAROLINE LEASE: My name is Caroline Lease. I'm a bartender in Tampa, Florida. And today I'll be making the Black Sails Cocktail. We're going to start with 2 ounces of Crown Royal Deluxe. And we'll add 2 dashes of black walnut bitters-- next, a 1/4 ounce of your favorite orange liqueur and roughly a tablespoon of apple butter.
Add ice to your mixing glass. If you don't have a mixing glass, any other glass works well, as long as you can get some space in there for mixing. And we'll stir to combine. Once that's nice and cold, we'll take your favorite glass, add some fresh ice, and stream.
We'll add the oil from the peel of an orange over the glass and finally, a cinnamon stick for a nice fall garnish. And there you have it, the Black Sails Cocktail, perfect for game day.
