Minty Bets is joined by Kevin Iole to preview the upcoming UFC 283 PPV card in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Sat. January 21.

MINTY BETS: I'm Minty Bets joined by Kevin Iole to preview two title bouts for UFC 283 this weekend in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In the Light Heavyweight Championship, we've got Jamahal Hill minus 130 versus Glover Teixeira at plus 110. Kevin, I kind of lean Hill to win here, but something tells me to take the dog. I mean, Glover is tough and I think he can honestly take down Hill. What do you think?
KEVIN IOLE: This is a tough fight. I agree with you, Minty. I mean, Glover Teixeira is the former champion, had a phenomenal performance when he lost to Jiri Prochazka in Singapore in June. Fought unbelievably well. That was my fight of the year. I think a lot of people called it the "Fight of the Year".
Hill has age on his side. Glover Teixeira, if he wins this, is going to be the second oldest guy ever to win a UFC championship. And it will actually be close to being the oldest, he'll be a year away from being able to be the oldest if he wins this. So he's been around a long time.
I kind of lean toward Glover because I think he's got a wider array of tools in this. He's very sturdy. Hill has that punching power that, boy, you don't want to get clipped on the chin by him. But Glover has a good chin, he has that great jiu jitsu.
He's really good in all areas, plus, he's very calm and patient. I think it's a close fight. It could go either way. I will go ahead and take the slight underdog. I'll go with Glover Teixeira to regain the championship.
MINTY BETS: I like it. Moving on to the flyweight title bout, we've got Brandon Moreno at minus 115 versus Deiveson Figueiredo at minus 105. First of all, this is the fourth time these two are fighting and this is really a toss up. So how are you looking at attacking this fight?
KEVIN IOLE: Well, you know, and you have to add in there the fact that Brandon Moreno is now with a new coach. He started training camp with James Krause. The gambling investigation came up. The UFC put a ban out on anybody training with Krause, so he had to leave after training camp started.
That would bother 95% of the fighters, but Brandon Moreno is part of that small group I don't think it will bother. So I look at these fights, Minty, and I say this. The first fight was a draw. I think Figueiredo could've won that fight. The second fight clearly was a submission by Moreno.
Then the third fight went to Figueiredo, but a lot of people thought that Moreno won it. So when you look at it, Moreno has been right there every single time in these fights. And I think there's just that little bit of an edge that he has over Deiveson Figueiredo.
Figueiredo, I think, is the more talented guy overall, the bigger, physically stronger guy. But Moreno I think is slightly the better mixed martial artist. So I will go ahead and lay the money in this particular case and I will say on the road in very, very hostile environment, Brandon Moreno gets it done and regains the full UFC Flyweight Championship.
