MINTY BETS: Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. We've got football on all day long. I'm Minty Bets. And I'm thankful to be joined by my friends Jared Quay and Pam Maldonado. We're here to give you our best bets for Turkey day. So Jared, why don't we start with you? What's your best bet for the Bears, Lions game?

JARED QUAY: I'm just trying to help people stuff their faces and their wallets. Tell me on this one. I'm telling you I'm going to be right. I love the Bears minus 3 and 1/2. Both teams are starting their backup quarterbacks. But one of their backup quarterbacks has played in playoff games, multiple teams. And the other guy threw for 77 yards last week. I don't think I want to overthink this. The Bears are known for their defense. They do run the ball well. And I just don't think this team has what it takes to be competitive.

Yes, they're at home. But on Thanksgiving Day, I just don't see it at all with them. I love the Bears to win by more than 3 and 1/2, even without Justin Fields, which I think Andy Dalton still may be a little better right now. But over the course of the career, obviously Fields will be better. But take the Bears and stuff your wallet like you're stuffing your face.

MINTY BETS: All right. Now my pick for the Cowboys, Raiders game, I got to go with the Raiders plus 7 and 1/2 points. Now I know that they're dealing with a lot of issues that's clearly affecting them on the field. And they're going up against one of the best covering teams in the league right now. But Dallas is 1 and 9 against the spread on Thanksgiving Day. And the Raiders have only been underdogs of 5 or more points twice this season. And they covered and won straight up in both of those games.

So I think the Raiders kind of bounce back here. I like them plus the points. And I think 7 and 1/2 points is way too much to lay with Dallas. Pam, what do you have for the Bills, Saints game?

PAMELA MALDONADO: I love both of your picks. So hopefully I'm not the one to ruin this feast. But I'm taking Saints plus 5 and 1/2 at home. You have two teams who are coming off games where they have been exploited. Saints supposedly the number one rushing defense rolled by the Eagles, 242 rushing yards allowed. The Bills top 10 rushing defense rolled by the Colts, 264 rushing yards allowed. And all the touchdowns to just one man in Jonathan Taylor.

The Bills have lost three of their last five. The Saints are on a three game losing streak. This is going to be the most talking head you will ever hear me say. But both kind of stink right now. And I see no strengths in either unit. The Saints have lost by 4 combined points in two of their three losses. And the Bills are without their offensive tackle in Spencer Brown, who has clearly shown to be an issue. The Bills' the last two wins were against the Dolphins and the Jets. Give me the Saints plus 5 and 1/2 at home on Thanksgiving Day.

MINTY BETS: Love it. I love all our picks guys. And now let's give the people the picks that really matter. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side? Pam, let's start with you.

PAMELA MALDONADO: Maple pecan pie. Let me say that slowly. Maple pecan pie. Oh, so good.

MINTY BETS: Wait a minute. Is that is side or a dessert?

PAMELA MALDONADO: That's everything. That's all you need on Thanksgiving.

MINTY BETS: OK, OK. Jared, what about you?

JARED QUAY: I ain't going to pick a side. I'm going to pick the after Thanksgiving turkey sandwiches. That's what I want. I want the turkey meat three days later, with the bread, the mayo, all that. That's what I want. I don't care. I'm waiting on Sunday to pick my best bet and I'm eating my turkey sandwich.

MINTY BETS: OK, I can't argue with that. My favorite side, well I guess I'm just the most boring one. Mashed potatoes.

JARED QUAY: Oh, get out of here. That's a regular side.

PAMELA MALDONADO: At least with gravy I hope?

MINTY BETS: Yeah, with gravy. Of course. Got to have gravy. Now to recap our Thanksgiving picks, Jared is on the Bears to cover, I'm on the Raiders to cover, and Pam is on the Saints to cover. If you want in on the action, bet $1.00 on any Thanksgiving game and win $7.00 for every touchdown scored. New users only terms and conditions apply.
